The Professional Standards Program (PSP) is a voluntary program established by the National Association of Educational Office Professionals (NAEOP) to encourage educational office professionals to grow professionally.

The program is designed as a series of eight levels. The awarding of a certificate based on education, experience, and professional activity recognizes achievement in the program.

Classes offered at KAEOP conferences are approved by NAEOP and can be used toward PSP certification. KAEOP members may apply to NAEOP for admission to the Professional Standards Program after NAEOP membership has been established.
